Reltech uses electrode plate cables based on the results of durability tests for bending. However, if a continuous force in the same direction is applied to the electrode plate cable—particularly around the connection between the cable and the plate (the part that is attached to the body)—or if a large force is applied even for a short time, the electrode plate cable may break.

To prevent this from happening, please read the following section, “Regarding Broken Conductor Plate Cables,” and handle the conductor plates accordingly.

Also, please make sure to stop using the product and replace it with a new one if the cable or plate is even slightly torn or damaged.
