Based on the above, if a product sold in Japan malfunctions while being used overseas, you will need to request repairs from the Japanese distributor where you purchased the product or from our company.
Please note that if you are shipping a product to us for repair, you must ship it from within Japan, not from overseas.

If you plan to use products sold in Japan overseas—for example, due to relocation—we kindly ask that you keep the above points in mind.
