If your product requires inspection or repair, please contact the retailer where you purchased it or Reltech.
(1) Repairs to products beyond the warranty period and (2) product inspections requested by customers are both subject to a fee.
On-site Work
Upon request, we offer on-site service for a fee. For details on on-site service fees, please contact the retailer through whom you are making the request.
The estimated travel fees for Reltech are shown in the table below (departure point: Sakaide City, Kagawa Prefecture; fees include consumption tax). The mode of transportation will be selected based on the customer’s request and the nature of the on-site work. Please contact Reltech for further details.

Maintenance Period for Discontinued Products
"Maintenance" refers to the inspection, repair, and sale of consumables for the product in question, and the "maintenance period" refers to the date on which maintenance ends.
The maintenance period ends on March 31 of the year following the date seven years after the final shipment date or the final warranty date (if the date seven years after the final shipment date or the final warranty date falls between January 1 and March 30, the maintenance period ends on March 31 of that year).
