Regarding the Temporary Suspension of Orders for MSD reltec, etc.
We would like to announce the following measures, including the temporary suspension of orders for MSD reltec (hereinafter referred to as “MsD”).
Measures Related to This Matter
(1) Temporary Suspension of MsD Orders
We will suspend accepting orders for MsD from today through Monday, March 31, 2025, and resume accepting orders on Tuesday, April 1.
(2) Extension of the warranty period for certain parts of the MsD and HsD models
From today through Tuesday, March 31, 2026, we are extending the warranty period for the following defects to “two years from the product warranty start date.”
① MsD Main Power Switch
② HsD Main Power Switch and Operation Button
