Reduced-Electron Therapy Device Rental

This is a paid service that allows you to rent a reduced-electron therapy device.

We must avoid situations where customers do not achieve the results they expected after purchasing a device. For this reason, Reltech recommends renting a device before purchasing it. This service is also ideal for those who, for whatever reason, wish to use a device for only a short period of time.

Basic Rental Terms and Conditions

The rental terms common to all models are as follows.

• The rental period is in one-month increments.
• A security deposit is required when applying for a rental. The amount of the security deposit varies by model.
• The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period. However, if the rental equipment or accessories are damaged due to willful acts or gross negligence, or if they cannot be returned, the actual costs will be deducted from the security deposit before the remainder is refunded.

Rental Terms by Model

When purchasing or renting medical devices intended for healthcare professionals, you are required to present a written document, such as a medical certificate, indicating a physician’s instructions.
If you do not know of a physician who can issue such a written instruction following a diagnosis, please consult your dealer or Reltech.
