Notice Regarding the Website Redesign
On April 1 of this year, Reltech redesigned and launched its website for the following purposes.
1. Lertec’s reduction electron therapy deviceshave, until now, been available exclusively as medical devices for healthcare professionals. Because laws and regulations restrict the provision of information about medical devices intended for healthcare professionals to anyone other than healthcare professionals, we have refrained from providing detailed information on our company website and have limited the provision of such information to healthcare professionals.
On April 1 of this year, Reltech will launch its “Electron Supplier” as an electron-reduction therapy device. The Electron Supplier is a non-medical device specifically designed to safely deliver large amounts of electrons to the human body through the skin (transdermal electron delivery function) for antioxidant purposes. Since the Electron Supplier is likely to be widely used by people other than medical professionals, we will revamp our company website and provide information regarding this product line to promote appropriate product selection and use.
2. Reltech went bankrupt when it was known as “Selmi Medical Equipment Co., Ltd.”; however, the company was subsequently restructured and has continued to operate to this day. Since this restructuring was made possible by the understanding and support of numerous stakeholders, we have always made a point of disclosing information to them.
Currently, while uncertainty in the business environment has increased significantly compared to the time of our restructuring, the range of stakeholders both in Japan and overseas has expanded, and the number of stakeholders has grown. As a result, there is a growing need for more diverse, timely, and detailed disclosure of information. Reltech is committed to earning even greater trust from our stakeholders by promoting such disclosure. “Fairness and transparency toward all stakeholders ” is one of the core values Reltech upholds.
We plan to add the following information to our website in the future:
① Information related to Red uced Electron Therapy®and Reduced Electron Therapy devices; ② Information related to pathologies and diseases such as oxidative stress; ③ Our business and management strategies 1 , ④ Information related to technology and product development, ⑤ Business reports for each fiscal year (Reltech’s fiscal year runs from April 1 to March 31 of the following year), ⑥ Information related to business partnerships and recruitment, and more
- Since Reltech operates in only one business segment and has no plans to launch new businesses, its management strategy and business strategy are the same. ↩︎
