日本国内で販売した当社製品を移住等により海外で使用する顧客の皆様へ

当社製品は販売国毎に仕様が異なります。そのため日本国内で販売した製品を海外で使用し故障した場合，保証の対象になりません。
また，当社は，当社海外代理店に対して，日本で販売した製品を現地で修理することを禁止しています。当該代理店は日本国内仕様の詳細を把握していないためです。

以上より，日本国内販売品を海外で使用し故障した場合，その修理を当該製品を購入した日本代理店もしくは当社に依頼いただくことになります。
但し、修理依頼製品を海外から当社宛には絶対送らないでください。
製品を修理依頼される場合は、日本国内から当社へお送りいただくよう、お願い申し上げます。

日本国内販売品を移住等により海外で使用する場合、以上にご留意いただくよう重ねてお願い申し上げます。

To our customers with our products sold in Japan for use overseas due to emigration, etc.

The specifications of our products are different in each country where they are sold. Therefore, if a product sold in Japan is used overseas and malfunctions, it is not covered by warranty.
In addition, we prohibit our overseas distributors from repairing products sold in Japan in their home countries. This is because the overseas distributor does not know the details of the specifications in Japan.

Therefore, if a product sold in Japan is used overseas and malfunctions, please contact the Japanese distributor from whom you purchased the product or our company for repair.
However, please refrain from shipping the product directly to us from overseas.
If you wish to request repair, please make sure to dispatch the product to us from within Japan.

We would like to repeatedly ask you to keep the above points in mind when using a product sold in Japan overseas due to emigration or other reasons.
